I worked as a customer service representative - call center - for 6 months, then I got promoted to be a back line which I was the the company representative in Saudi Arabia. I've developed my English language and communication skill which were the nature of the work depending on serving different nationalities and personalities. Also, my time control and team work skills got much improved, besides my computer skill.
I worked as a Quality Assurance Executive for a temporary project which needed to accomplish different tasks.
- Daily performance monitoring to ensure that the performance of the team complying with the standards .
- Assign tasks to team members.
- Communicate with upper management .
I was working as a team leader and quality assurance executive at the same period of time. I'd to accomplish multiple tasks which were:
- Monitoring the team and their performance.
- Find solutions for customers' complaints and team members.
-Make sure that the team achieves the goals.
I really enjoyed every day in the work, my team & I were able to see the improvement that we were looking for and achieved each required goal.
I was working for Research Endowment Fund at King Abdul-Aziz University. My role was about organize courses and events for the department.I learn a lot from them like working under pressure and control the time and the time is everything, communicate directly with people and how to manage situations in customer satisfaction est.
