Key Responsibilities:
•Sets the Construction Material sales direction including vision, strategy, competitive environment, short and long term needs.

•Maintains and increases revenue for National Accounts through comprehensive sales strategies while managing the entire sales cycle, including, but not limited to, prospecting price increases, bids, and contract renewals.
•Establishes personal contact with key customers and regularly monitors the handling of large accounts.
•Transfer a clear and correct image about the market situation on monthly basis to the top management to help them take the right decisions on the right.
•Prepare the annual marketing plan and collect the required market information throw different channels.
•Ensures sales plan implementation- tracks, pushes and motivates sales team and team managers, reports & evaluates the progress together with the sales teams and adjusts the plan.
•In conjunction with marketing, evaluates and analyses individual product line performance, advising on promotion effectiveness, pricing, price movements, competitor activities, quality, distribution channels, etc.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve all business objectives established by the management.
