• Engage, consult, and develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to identify training and development requirements and to design and deliver solutions to meet business needs and to maximize the potential of employees to the fullest.
• Create and continuously update the training curriculum for the respective function and ensure that it is updated, aligned to business objectives and global requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Roll out of mandatory RM trainings on local LMS (Learning Management System).
• Manage the induction program for new joiners.
• Manage all learning platforms: Moodle (local LMS), GLMS, LinkedIn learning, Degreed and Kaltura.
• Design, develop and deliver training programs, including e-learning, virtual training, and instructor-led training, that meet the needs of our employees when necessary.
• Work on culture diversity action plans and strategy.

• Lead and manage our internal training academy Fuba ACADEMY to ensure the transfer of skills between the different generations.
• Lead the internal system of skills development for our collaborators through internal mobility and offering appropriate training plans that aligns with the HR strategic orientationand the companys strategic orientations.
• Develop the companys talents and the guarantee of the adequacy of human resources in its entity.
• Carrying out learning needs to ensure each department will have the required capabilities to reach the different objectives set by the managers and directors of all the departments.
• Elaborate the annual training plan and ensure its realization and follow up.
• Elaborate short-term and long-term training evaluations.
• Writing and analyzing the training reports and dashboards.
• Propose personal development programs for our talents based on the reports and the training evaluation.
• Guarantee the deployment of the recruitment policy.
• Provide advice to managers in the identification of their recruitment needs and profiles.
• Share recruitment needs on social media tools.
• Realize the integration plan of the new recruits.
• Participate in the development of our HR guidance and tools to offer a better HR system and services to our collaborators with the HR director.
• Implement the annual communication plan with the HR director.
• Manage the implementation of the HR group projects in FUBA such as gender diversity and the new assessment center portal for performance evaluation and learning and development system with the HR director.
• Collect the training needs from the different departments and finish all the training process.
• Writing a monthly HR newsletter.
• Ensure deployment of the recruitment process.
• Complete new hire onboarding plan and evaluation reports.
• Promote and develop the employer brand to make the company attractive to potential candidates.
• Motivate our collaborators by selecting the employee of the month and the golden ideas based on specific criteria.
