The new Desalination Unit Reverse Osmosis shall be used for 2 Ammonia and 2 Urea plants.
The project consists of the Desalination Unit Reverse Osmosis (also referred to as Water Treatment Plant), a Substation and a Local Technical Building (Ammonia Storage Area), and all the needed connections in-between.

Scope of work :
- Engineering, procurement and fabrication of 50 sand traps including strainers and cyclones mounted on skids with all connecting accessories on gas-lift wells in Hassi Messaoud.
- Engineering, procurement and installation of 12 methanol injection skids including pneumatic pumps and accessories to be operating during severe winter conditions to eliminate hydrates from gas-lift.
