Level 2 Support for Equant Exchange customers (10 customers) hosting from 1000 to 24, 000 mailboxes on Exchange 2003 and Windows 2003.
Equant is an ITIL compliant company so we are following the ITIL standard as our work is divided in change management, problem management and proactive management for all customers with French and English languages.
I support other services around Exchange like Active Directory, IIS, OWA, ScanMail, IIFP, Blackberry
I worked on NetApp Filer, Snapmanager, Legato Networker.
I documented some processes and procedures to help my colleagues, I also illustrated some technical concepts and prepared and presented an Identity Management session with IIFP demonstration on a virtual Lab using MS Virtual Server.
