Controlcast is a technology company that offers an end-to-end self-service advertising solution for digital out-of-home advertising. I am one of the co-founders of this business and serve as the company’s Chief Product Officer. Because Controlcast is a startup company with limited human resources, I have had to take on a wide variety of responsibilities. These include:
• Communicate with users consistently and be the voice of the customer
• Develop and implement a product vision and roadmap that aligns with the customer’s needs, the businesses’ strategic goals, and the technological and financial resources available
• User journey mapping and consistent iteration on the AARRR funnel
• Manage and interface with development team daily regarding completion of all tasks, including development on all platforms (Android, iOS, web services, Customer Management System), using agile methodology
• Develop and implement a quality assurance testing system to ensure developer delivers project with the required specifications
