• Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, craft people and operatives;
• Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculation;
• Ensure that all material used and work performed are as per specification;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of material;
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents;
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors planners, and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Evaluating of payment demands for the subcontractors
• Coordination among different work disciplines ( Arch, Structure, MEP.)
• Preparing and reviewing subcontract agreements.
• Reviewing and evaluation of tenders
• Liaising with clients and their representatives including attending regular meeting;
• Day-to-Day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of the subcontractors;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines;
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
• Preparing reports as required;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Project coordinator engineer of design and execution works , to consult the process of setting out all new projects technical documents of all disciplines( structure, civil, architecture, electromechanical )
• Planning, supervising and monitoring for ongoing projects.
• Setting out technical civil documents of new projects under design/ study including scope of work, specification, BOQ & tender dwg.
• Adjusting the annual budget with the new projects requirements including projects cost study.
• Technical analysis and evaluation of tenders
• Attending technical meetings regarding new/ongoing projects as pre-bidding meetings, pre-construction meetings, and periodical meetings for ongoing projects.
