assigned to technical team of MODON (Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones).
Responsibilities:
- Focus on structural investigation and structural renovation of all types of buildings and/or special purpose structures including all members ex. slabs, columns, foundation and etc, for buildings and bridges structures.
- Implement design or analysis tasks in accordance with building code requirements.
- Conduct/assist with condition assessments and development of remedial work options and costs.
- Manage major and minor design work from beginning to end.
- Direct the preparation of calculations, design drawings and specifications, and perform construction administration tasks.
- Supervise work of other engineers with CAD, BIM technicians. Support work tasks in a team environment and help mentor and develop less experienced engineers.
- Assist with proposal preparation and contract reviews under the supervision of Principals. Prepare project work plans including tasks, staff time, and fee budgets. Control project fee budgets.

- Perform of structural designs and safety evaluation studies for the department.
- Site supervising on civil implementation works.
- Acting as project coordinator / assistant project manager with engineering background should be responsible of coordination on project management activities, resources, equipment and information stakeholders and project documents for infra or super structure and master planning projects.
- Reviewing construction/ studies reports.
- Providing technical support.
- Reviewing and preparation of civil construction documents e.g. contracts, quotations, works scoop and tendering etc.
- Provide mentoring and transfer knowledge, skills to entry-level engineers.

- Supervising on implementation works.
- Preparation of buildings structural design for the sector projects.
- Preparation and reviewing of structural drawings and documents.
- Meet clients and attend professional meetings.
- Following the clients documents on AMANA and BALADY platforms
up to authorization.
