As an employee of the ministry of Interior I was assigned many functional roles within the various agencies under the ministry outlined below.
Assistant Director - Provincial OCT 2010 - Present
NADRA - National Database Registration Authority - Government of Pakistan.
Government of Pakistan implemented a national database using bio-metrics for issuing National ID cards, e-Passport system.
* Responsible for setup of new cell to address public complaints and anti-corruption related notifications
* Conducted inquiries and collaborated with government agencies related anti-corruption charges.
* The project received extensive media coverage and national publicity due to its success.
* Maintained Record of all Complaints and followed up from various offices
Assistant Director - Lahore City NADRA - National Database Registration Authority - Government of Pakistan
* Accountable for all agency related functions (Operations, Finance, IT, PR etc.)
* After the success of Public Complaints and anti-corruption, I was made the head of Lahore
* Was accountable for satellite offices within the Lahore city
* Responsible for biometric registrations of voters for the Lahore region during the 2008 elections year and accountable to the Elections commission of Pakistan.
Deputy Director - Punjab JUL 2011 - DEC 2011 Immigration and Passport (Punjab Zone)
* Directed a task force under directives from Ministry of interior with collaboration with other agencies (FIA, INTERPOL, CIA & ISI) to survey and deport foreigners conducting illegal (Terrorism, Drug and human trafficking, money laundering, prostitution) activities in Pakistan
* Was the head of all the offices in Punjab in all matters from Finance, Transfers and Operations etc.
* The technical staff of my zone was also answerable to me
* Apart from Public dealing and protocol to the Ministers, Prime Minister etc. I was also responsible for issuing extensions of all Visa types to all the foreigners in Pakistan
Manager HR - Islamabad DEC 2011- FEB 2013 Immigration and Passport (Regional)
* I was sent on deputation as manager HR on the request of Ministry of Interior and DG Passport after obtaining NOC from Chairman NADRA
* Started the HR set up as Machine Readable Passports were introduced and new staff mostly from the technical side was being hired
* Maintained the staff files and managed the recruitment process with the Project Director

* Managed the portfolio of a few high net worth individuals
* Aligned client requirements with banking services
