Zakka Multitec is specialized in supplying complete lines of processing, filling and packaging machines, industrial packaging materials and consumables, as well as after-sales services and spare parts. Thus we provide our customers a complete product portfolio.
o Generating new leads who have not previously purchased from the Company.
o Maintaining continuous contact with customers, being their 360-degree touch point for nurturing a long-term relation and maximize the value of the products and services that could be sold.
o Responding to any request from a customer, colleague, or supplier within 24 hours, to maximize customer satisfaction and present a professional company image.
o Understanding the customers’ specific requirements, collect detailed information and prepare RFQ forms and quotations, and close deals.
o Daily reporting of all activities on cloud-based CRM.
o Monthly reporting of achieved orders and future forecasts.
o Developing and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge about all machines in portfolio.
o Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
o Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
o Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
o Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
o Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
o Ensure all documents and templates at the Sales Department undergo the ISO:9001 Quality Management
System.
o Commissioning and maintaining a variety of equipment including breading machines, batter applicators, batter mixers, fillers, tumbler, injectors, brine mixers, grinders, bowl cutters and clippers.
o Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
o Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
o Conducting research and attending workshops and webinars to remain abreast of industry developments.
o Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
o Frequent flights to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, and Jordan.

o Designing all Electrical services according to (NEC, NFPA, IEC & BS) standards and regulations which include: Lighting, Power and Low Current Design, Cable, Circuit Breaker, Fuse, Transformer and Generator Sizing, Voltage Drop, Short Circuit Calculation and Earthing System Design and Implementation.
o Supervising & monitoring the site activities as per the schedule & resolving various site related issues by coordination among the various sub-contractors & attending project and design meetings as required.
o Coordinating daily site inspection inclusive of preparation of weekly, daily notification & inspection sheets, attending site meetings, writing reports & giving presentation to the manager and client.
o Checking all the materials that have been delivered to the site & all the materials inspection reports that have been completed.
o Ensuring that all site works are done according to all applicable Quality & Safety standards.
