• Follow up on bulk and samples deliveries with suppliers and principals.
• Assist sub-franchisees in writing orders (guide them in the showroom; provide with order files, sketches, photographs, check accuracy of their order) and arrange stock delivery as per the order placed.
• Prepare OTB calculation; become a party to budget planning.
• Do pre-seasonal pricing based on agreed margin at department/country level considering Gant price points.
• Prepare pre-seasonal allocation based on agreed store grading.
• Submit markdown proposals for UAE and GCC.
• Look after stock distribution and consolidation of fast-moving lines within UAE; co-ordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Coordinate store refurbishment/new store opening as per ‘Description Of Works’ and brand guidelines; supply new store with stock of balanced department mix, based on its fixtures fill.
• Do competition research and analysis.
• Conduct product knowledge training for Store In-Charges.
• Coordinate with marketing team for marketing activities, printing and advertising. Submit yearly marketing report to the principals (actual and next year projection for each country).
• Ensure implementation of visual merchandising standards across all GCC stores.
• Liaise with Finance Dept. on LC opening and assure timely payments.
• Deal with quality issues/customer complaints.
• Make photo shoots for company’s new store openings.
• Keep documentation for the brand up to ISO standards.
• Submit weekly/monthly/seasonal analytical reports (size and sell-through analysis for seasonal buy, missing lines report, order vs. receipt, order vs. OTB, etc.).
• Edit weekly bulletin for UAE and GCC.
• Assist Retail Manager in various duties.
