Pre-opening HR Manager, I was hired as a first person for the Hotel and then I started the hiring process for the remaining executives and the teams. Expected opening (Q4 2017)
It was a local and newly growing hotels group in Jeddah and i was hired as Assistant Director of HR and acting Director of HR,
I made all the HR setups for them and built a proper HR system and policies and procedures for them.
I left them because of better opportunity in an international chain of Hotels.
I worked with them as Assistant HR manager and after working hard and achieving good results, I was promoted to their new head office in Al Qassim to do the pre-opening of their two new branches there.
Personnel Manager and responsible for all HR activities.
- Taking attendance of all the departments head as they come to sign time in / out in my office.
- Arranging meetings and noting the important points raised to follow up with the departments.
- Reviewing all the main reports like Hotel’s daily revenue / Hotel’s competition / Night manager’s report / duty manager’s report / housekeeping report.
- Managing hotel’s GM office.
- Coordinating between the GM and all the departments.
- Making all the official memos for GM (both English and Arabic).
- Taking in all the signature books to the GM and review it before and after signatures.
- Making guests appointments for GM.
- Stamping the official memos after signed by GM.
- Coordinate with all the departments and ask for the reports asked by the GM.
- Following up with all the departments regarding pending works from them and the problems solutions and getting the Deadline date to report to the GM.
- Making the monthly attendance sheet for the executives and sign it to get the GM signature.
- Meeting the guests and listen to their problems to inform the GM and ask the concerned department to solve it.
- Signing the officer cheques on behalf of GM.
I started with this company as a HR coordinator first of all then shifted as sales coordinator / showroom incharge in the vehicles showroom (making all the reports in microsoft office, using ORACLE and CRM, responsible for the emails to coordinate between the showroom and the head office and etc, , ) and at the same time representing the showroom in the head office for all the showroom government procedures ( vehicle registration etc.. )
I did my bachelors in business administration (online studies) from MG university.
