Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the management of company purchasing & operations to ensure efficient procurement of goods and services. Develop and implement procurement strategies to follow the process (SOPs) to optimize cost, quality, and supplier relationships and make contracts as required.
• Evaluated procurement processes to improve results and gave tasks to procurement teams in different disciplines to complete professionally and effectively.
• Planning regular reports on procurement performance providing in-depth analysis of spending and savings every week to the finance team.
• Arranging technical bids (TBE) for all materials after receiving RFQ from Engineering or related department and finalizing the quotations for 3 vendors and after evaluating giving the task to the team to arrange Technical Materials.
• Looking over technical data of material as per required project specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and parts/equipment availability. Implement procedures for vendors for processing approved samples as per project requirements and ensure quality of material delivery.
• Appearing in project meetings through efficient project planning, and Material Procurement status Report (MPSR) to maintain accurate and optimistic materials delivery schedule.
• Maintaining a Contractor Procurement Log (CPL) to follow up procurement and finance team.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers. Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing.
• Supporting PQCS & Q/C team for the proper handover of all required documents in the preparation of inspection assignment packages as per required standards for PMT & PID team.
• Aramco Inspection Requirements, Preparation of Inspection Assignment Packages (IAPs). Reviewing of Non-Material Requirements (NMR, 1, 2, 3).
• Evaluating Vendors quality, and material delivery based on procurement engineers review and making decisions for final negotiation for best delivery and price with suppliers.
