• Responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various items, systems, and components including but not limited to, lighting systems, HVAC systems and components, electrical systems, plumbing/sewer systems repair, and maintenance.
• Organize and plan routine preventative maintenance of internal facilities equipment including HVAC system, mechanical equipment, electrical and electronic system.
• Prioritizing work orders, service calls, and follow-up with the customers upon completion.
• Training, managing and motivating all site personal and compliance with a safe and positive
work environment and Communicating professionally and effectively with people of different
pay grades.
• Performing a detailed daily walk-through to inspect, correct any daily repairs and/or maintenance needed.
• Assisting in the development and execution of standard operating procedures for the
Maintenance Department and as well as other departments as needed.
• Execute maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of Sub Stations, diesel generators & related electrical systems, and lighting systems.

• Ensure all Electrical Maintenance activities were performed within regulatory and procedural guidelines and ensure the LOTO is applied when the repair and maintenance work is carried out.
• Mentored technicians and new hires to better improve the competency and efficiency of all staff and attending any emergency cases out of working hours.
• Commissioning and testing of newly installed electrical equipment/machinery.
• Oversees all inspection/testing tasks to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements.
• Arranging work permits according to the scope of work and supervising the work prescribed in the permit to ensure it is conducted most efficiently.
• Managing assigned electrical-related maintenance and repair projects for scheduled and unscheduled work necessary to maintain and /or improve the reliability of the Generators and related systems.
• Maintaining the general health of assigned electrical equipment and related systems, evaluating/implementing modifications as requested, and approved to ensure budgeted capacity, availability, and equivalent forced outage rates of the facility. Notifying the work permit issuer about work progress and completion, and ensuring that the site is returned to a safe and operational state.
• Do site visits and make a study regarding the installation of the steam generator (boiler) and Industrial Electric panels e.g. Star Delta, Reveres Forward, Power factor, Power distribution, and ATS.
• Prepared materials to carry out the work and provide assistance as required by the crew.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintenance and repair of stationary steam boilers and also supervise a team in electrical activities like repairs, rewind & testing of the assigned machines.
• Implement plans in devising new and improved methods of working or using the equipment.
• Ensures that work carried out satisfies safety requirements and assists in the supervision and training of junior staff as required.
• Supervise 20 electricians in performing various types of jobs as per the company's scope of work.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes
• Monitored the Installation of electrical conduit and wiring for power, controls, and lighting before termination.
• Interpreted blueprints, schematics, drawings, and layouts to complete installation and repairs of various electrical equipment.
• Rectify problems found during preliminary testing and commissioning.
• Working with contractors to complete projects on time.
• Conduct a final test of all the systems before the approval of the customer.
