-Responsible of the whole architectural materials and finishes package
-Preparing materials mood boards for client approval and inspect their implementation on site.
-Respond to all the material inspection requests that are related to the interior package on site.
-Responsible of paint colors, finishes materials and texture selection to guarantee the design intent is achieved
-Contact with client/consultants/vendors on all FF&E matters and attend site meetings
-Responsible for the project’s door schedules
- Review and respond to RFIs related to the interior packageReview and approve finishes drawings

- Act as the single point of contact with all the material suppliers.
-The only architect in charge of developing interior design package to accommodate the Egyptian market.Assess the quality of proposals from manufacturers and suppliers.

Responsible, coordinator contact person for all private res clients regarding everything related to client relation.
Respond to the follow up sales enquires by post, telephone and personal visits.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support
Link internal departments activities.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management
Carry out out market research for products, competitors and customer surveys.
Attend meetings with other departments
Attend training and develop knowledge and skills

-Carry out the whole Branding process for the three companies. -Study the market, analyze data, set plans, coordinate their implementation . -Initiate service development needs, ensure product and services positioning, conduct surveys. -Dealing and following up with clients, following up sales and competition. - Responsible for Coordination between clients and company departments, on B2B and B2C transactions.
. Evaluating clients space to provide plans for interior designs.
-Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color combination
.-Responsible for various products presentation to the best that meets the client’s preference in their optimum furnishing layout solution
.-Acting frequently as the communication point of contact with the clients.
-Creating working and construction documents of soft and hard landscape.
-Creating hard landscape design (outdoor wooden bridges, pools, pergolas, fountains, arbors and seats), also providing its illustration details and specifications.
