Managing the main training activities and their accompanying events (internal and external) (individual and group) and (university trainees), as well as supervising the training team to achieve the desired goals of developing hospital staff.
Responsibilities:
-Training needs analysis for all departments Yearly to make training plans to close all of the gaps to reach skills for developing work quality.
- Supervising mandatory training with the concerned departments according to international and local health accreditations standards to ensure that employees receive annual mandatory training according to the established plan
- Achieving the training standards required by the Ministry of Human Resources for all employees yearly (new requirements)
-Communicating with universities and colleges to develop a training plan for university students (medical and non-medical) and knowing the needs to ensure the smooth flow of training.
-Holding meetings with training authorities to find out training solutions and adapting training programs designed according to requirements and according to employees’ capabilities.
Leading the HR team and monitoring the workflow in HR sections
-Working on regular HR activities and completion of official forms such as vacations, resignations, clearances, promotions, salary deduction, visa issuing for foreign employees (Muqeem), pity cash, business trips, MOL services and loans.
- The official representative of the company in GOSI with full control of the company’s account and complete authority in granting privileges and establishing regulations to cope with GOSI policies. Also, the duty includes preparation of reports pertaining Saudization percentage in the company, foreign employees percentage, turnover rates, work injuries, safety, loss prevention, and areas where awareness of employees should be raised.
-Prepare the training and development plans based on the vision of the company and the available budget and resources. The plans are followed by conducting training workshops specific for different staff nature.
-Supervision and preparation of students’ cooperative training program in collaboration with other governmental and private sectors.
- Monitoring and evaluation of employees’ attendance (Finger print) and commitment to the organization's regulations.
-Familiarity with HR oracle-based application (Carewere) concerning entering and retrieving data on demand.
- Dealing with HRDF and aware of its overall general policies.
-Participating in HR investigations with employees.
Major achievements and rewards:
-Developed plans and regulations to prevent the reoccurring violations and warnings from GOSI. The plans where successful and resulted in avoidance of issues and saved the company from paying huge amount of fines.
-Saved and found lost and stumbled cash related to HRDF support for the company from 2013 to 2014 which is around 800 thousands SR.
-Honored by King Faisal University for facilitating and prospering the cooperative training program.
-Working as trip analyst for Trip analyzing and observation system.
-Working on regular HR activities and completion of official forms such as vacations, resignations, clearances, promotions, salary deduction, visa issuing for foreign employees, business trips, and loans.
