• Operation of 27 Overhead Cranes (up to 25 Tons cranes) inside rolling mill division, Billets and product yards for three rolling plants and Roll Shop.
• Manager of Cranes Operation Team with 80 employees under my direct responsibility and supervision.
• Complete Product storage yard rails replacement:
o replacement of 144 m of rails with span adjustment according to Gantrex standards.
• Billets yard steel structure and crane complete revamping:
o Changing two saddles of billet handling crane using suspension towers.
o Complete Replacement of 196 m rails according to Gantrex standards.
o Billet yard Steel structure repairs, span and level adjustment.
• Project Manager of installing new overhead Crane 25\5T inside Rod Mill Plant:
o Installation and commissioning of new overhead Crane 25\5T inside Rod Mill Plant.
o Complete replacement of new 480m crane rails, welding according to GanTrex Standards.
• Installation of magnet pot at 10T overhead Crane by upgrading the crane existing electrical control panels and upgrading the crab hoisting system.
• Submitting and technically evaluate of bid documents for new overhead cranes.
• Preparing and issuing of cranes sub-section annual business plan, investment and budget plan.
• Applying load tests for overhead cranes according to load test work standards.
• Applying TPM system for overhead cranes inspection and maintenance.

• Six years of progressive experience as process engineer for a rebar rolling mill and working as a rolling line, Finishing Facilities and reheating furnace senior operation engineer.
• Following up, analysing and reporting of operating conditions and process parameters aiming to fulfil the best of production quality and keeping process stability under higher rates of time utilization and material yield which can be guaranteed through analytic troubleshooting, analysing, reporting, counter-measuring and following up.

• Applying the continuous quality improvement techniques in order to maximize the benefits and minimize the time waste in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Following up and monitoring the systems keeping them within the company standards and in continuous agreement with the ISO regulations (Plant coordinator for ISO 14001, 18001, 9001 and ISO 50001).

• Preparation of annual business plans and budgeting of Spare parts, consumables, subcontractors and investments.

• Administrative and Technical supporting of mill floor subordinates to keep them in high awareness of related knowledge and skills, which shall directly affect their efficiency and motivation.

• Periodical and non-periodical open discussions with mill floor subordinates to listen carefully for their needs, ideas and proposals.


• Assignment of special and non-occasional gobs and tasks, following up and evaluation.

• Encouragement and monitoring of the executing of safety and housekeeping precautions believing that those issues are directly affecting the goodness of work.

 With the honour of being a member of EZDK energy team representing (Rolling Mill Department - Long), we successfully granted ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) certificate for EZDK on December 2014.

Onsite coating and insulation of petroleum pipe line 8Km between San Masr co. drill and El Hamra
petroleum port on the north coast.
* Applying Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coatings as per NACE SP0169- 2007/ ANSI/AWWA C 213 / API(D) RP
5L7, and sandblasting of the whole pipeline pipes to guarantee the pipeline of 25 years without corrosion.
