o Financial indicators: order-book, revenue and margin
o Client indicators: client base and satisfaction including key accounts
o An updated list of offerings that accommodate technological and economic trends in the country and industry
• Outline a plan that fulfills that target, with timeline and responsibilities. For the sake of clarity this plan must address the following elements:
o Financial plan to include: simplified financial statement of results + any investments required and their pay-back period
o Marketing plan: vertical markets, portfolio per market and pricing strategy.
