Support and handle inquiries from the public and employees, assist HR team in required work and various projects by doing the following:
•Handling the Annual Leaves, Special Leaves, Unpaid Leaves, Hajj Leaves and Maternity Leaves for the staff & the faculty according to ADU staff and faculty Policies.
•Processing End of Service benefits on a timely manner.
•Updating my direct manager with weekly and monthly leaves reports
•Handling the annual tickets for the staff and the faculty according to their point of origins and following up with the purchasing department for the ticket prices.
•Handling the overtime for the staff and the faculty according to ADU Policies.
•Following up with the Finance Department to ensure the completion of the allowances, payments, and (the cash in lieu of tickets, advance salary, cash in lieu of leaves and the overtime) for the staff and the faculty.
•Attending meetings with different vendors and compensation suppliers, negotiating and closing deals for the benefit of the university faculty and staff.
