Job Title: English Language Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support English teachers at Safwat Al Rowad (National/International divisions), Sumou Schools (National/International), and Rowad Al Salam Schools.
Provide professional development and training sessions to enhance teachers instructional strategies and classroom management.
Monitor and evaluate teaching performance through classroom observations and feedback.
Guide curriculum implementation, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
Develop and oversee assessment strategies to measure student progress effectively.
Assist in designing intervention plans for struggling students and enrichment activities for advanced learners.
Encourage innovative teaching methodologies and the integration of technology in the classroom.
Facilitate collaboration among teachers to share best practices and resources.
Stay updated on educational trends and recommend improvements to English language programs.
Communicate with school leadership and stakeholders to ensure the success of English language education programs.
