In my current position as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager Central of Excellence, I supervise all business continuity management activities, such as BIA, BCP, mitigating BCR, RTO, MAO and MBCO. I am responsible for regulating industry management system focusing on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025, ISO 22301, ISO 22000:2005, BRC, and HALAL while monitoring industrial food safety activities for instance, FST, HACCP, RA and Hazard Analysis, and CCP, and OPRP. I improve industrial operations and train staff to streamline operations. I update records of food safety, ISO certificates, and business
continuity. I also address regulatory compliance requirements, such as SFDA, SASO, JIP, MCI, MO Energy, MOI, MOH, MEWA, customs, PME, Saudi G.A.P, etc. I direct online production line inspections, warehousing, and loading for all factories in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.
Some of my key accomplishments include:
• Integrated complaint process flow and SOP (in house) among 12 enterprises in countries, including KSA, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria, Sudan, and
Iran that advanced RCA and secured SR12M in consultancy costs for site.
• Eliminated, aggregated, aligned, and refined ECAS, which saved 10% on resources and automation process.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, I have developed, reviewed, and managed policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for industry to improve operational efficiency and resource rationalization. I guided qualification programs for recent suppliers and service providers. I have monitored PE, PP, PET, FIBC plastics, cartons/ boxes, water, raw sugar, starch, sweetener, chemical, transportation, services providers, catering, maintenance, equipment, and JIP operations of multiple organizations.
My key achievements in this role are as follows:
• Employed quality maintenance pillar with 65% compliance rate as part of TPM program.
• Awarded zero NCR certificate after first audit by devising business continuity management system (ISO 22301).
• Enhanced QMS production by 22% through 66 internal audits per year for various standards.
• Decreased consumer complaints by 15% with efficient customer satisfaction levels.
• Raised and audited 25 suppliers as qualifying suppliers every year with better supplier evaluation by 22%.
I have led industry product and services complaint system by utilizing RCA and CAPA techniques. Followed quality management system paperwork, involving ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 22000:2005, BRC, and OHSAS 18001:2007. I also investigated underlining reasons by engaging experts to oversee defective items (RCA) processes and offer potential solutions. Moreover, I maintained product quality as per described product standards and evaluated production, documenting evidence, and calculated operational and performance certification. I aided in applying standards and compliance with rules and SOPs while closely assisting in the cross-pollination of best practices. I have conducted annual technical visits and customer satisfaction surveys with significant customers in GCC globally and organized annual supplier audits evaluation visits to all suppliers to increase efficiency in operations.
My key accomplishments are:
• Performed product, corporate, system, compliance, and surveillance audits to maintain product quality.
• Enhanced operational efficiency and resource rationalization by assessing practiced systems and procedures and performing internal controls and quality audit assessments.
As a Retail Plants Operation Manager, spearheaded plant processes, including packaging, maintenance, warehousing, loading, receiving, dispatching, and sales support by liaising with finance and sales teams of production plant. I had administered daily/weekly/monthly physical inventories and inspected multiple inventory inconsistencies of vendor and customer receipts. I have conducted vendor reviews and highlighted supply base issues, influencing production plan and delivery processes. I monitored implementation phase of Oracle production project as main lead in 2011.
Key achievements:
• Introduced new product Icing Sugar in 2011 and administered raw material specifications, new two production lines design, storage capacity and condition with daily production capacity of 300 MT.
• Released Sweeva in 2011 and monitored raw material specifications, new 12 manufacturing lines design, storage capacity and condition having daily production capacity of 100 MT.
• Launched new product Hala in 2011 and managed resources specifications, new 1 production line design, storage capacity and condition with daily production capacity of 250 MT.
• Reserved SR 8.6M by reducing manpower to 21% and by merging production line activities and increasing productivity in 2012.
• Raised daily production output by 20% and daily product loading process (shipping to customer) by 9% in 2012 by expelling monotonous tasks.
I planned efficient production operations to meet sales targets on time and managed staffing plans, work schedules, finances, allocated roles within authority as domain. I have evaluated statistical data and product requirements to establish manufacturing standards and suggested quality and reliability levels for final product.
