Elaboration and implementation of projects procurement activities
Full compliance of procurement activities with UNHCR/AFD rules, regulations, policies and strategies.
Prepare and draft the procurement documentation of the project including RFQ, RFP and ITB as well as micro purchasing and other direct sourcing when applicable
Identify risks and undertake mitigating actions in close cooperation with projects
Monitor stock counts and update the database of material tracking
Building Management and Mechanical Electrical Plumbing & Civil Maintenance. (Accomplishes maintenance human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.)
