Responsibilities:
•Providing 1st level & 2nd level Support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
•Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
•providing first line technical support for end user desktop and its application related issues.
•Troubleshooting end-user IT equipment related problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
•Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
•Prioritizing and managing multiple open cases at one time;
•Answering support queries via phone and/or email.
•Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.

•Responding to enquiries from clients and help them resolve reported issues using the remote access facilities available.
•Supporting users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
• Document internal procedures.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
•Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or trough mail.

Making the archives accessible to a wide range of users storing and preserving perishable documents. Looking out for the easiest ways to control large number of files.

•Scanning data files and old data and store it in the system for the management.
