Key Responsibilities:
o Implemented and monitor WPAI & PDO Quality Standards and Specifications as per ASTM/BS code based.
o Inside Nimr gathering station and OHL line Black top road- 142KM, Liaise with Construction Supervisors on day to day issues.
o To attend daily/weekly progress meetings and generate status reports as requested.
o Review and acceptance of final mechanical system handover documentation on behalf of the project
o Responsible for overall control of Project / Site QC matters, both during pre-order and post order stages until successful commissioning and final handover to client Adhered to strong emphasis for implementation of Corporate Quality Policy and Corporate Integrated Management System (IMS).
o Responsible for maintaining the quality of ready-mix concrete to strictly comply with client’s requirement.
o Executed & Controlled Quality aspects of LCC subcontractors and ensured high level of Quality performance at site.

o Main Control Room Building construction, 05 No's of Substations (Each 11 kiva) Switch yard, Bay extension works.
o Successfully commissioned multiple projects at Nimr Field at South Oman PDO Projects, well ahead of schedule:
o Construction of 36” Bulk Header flow line, gas line and pump replacement
o Modification of Tank base plate which involved removal & replacement of foundations, foundation repairing & grouting of Tank Base plate & structural foundation inside NIMR Production station
o Control room shutdown for 56Hrs which was Biggest shut Down in NIMR (Oman)
o PAIP-339N-construction of Drain Pit for Shut down
o PAIP-179-132 KV. Breaker replacement at various locations Black Top Road resheeting works completed successfully
o Also worked PAIP- 182- Flow line rationalization project (GRE LINE 4’’& 6’’). PAIP-156-Al Noor MFM Project work (Multifunction Power&. Energy Monitor with Modbus RTU Protocol). PAIP-163-T4818 De-bottle necking Project (Petroleum Refinery Crude Distillation Unit).
o Cellar Pits, Waste water pit, burn pits, RCC/Duct bank/Manhole Trenches, RMU, electrical transformer foundations, High security fencing, Equipment, sleeper, pipe support RTU, Scada JBS, Light pole, instrument/Electrical/Telecom/Scada foundations. Foundation completion, handover, punch list, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
o Cross country pipeline for all the projects of 36” Bulk Header flow line for MINR 'A, B, C' to Nir guttering station-total 46km
Key Responsibilities:
o Coordinated with QA/QC and QS (Client) regarding quality matters and checked the records for legibility, readability, Traceability/arrangement.
o Planned and reviewed project work and took all safety measures as per risk assessment plan.
o Review and acceptance of final mechanical system handover documentation on behalf of the project
o Coordinated and monitored activities of subcontractors and suppliers. Liaise with Construction Supervisors on day-to-day issues.

o The office development consists of two intersecting elliptically shaped towers on a sculptured 3-storey podium. The taller tower is 360m high and has 65 stored above ground and the smaller tower is 240 m high with 54 stored above ground. There are 4 basement levels containing car parks and plant and equipment rooms
Key Responsibilities:
o Ensured all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are properly documented
o Defined clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and contract management.
o Performing site visits and day to day monitoring of progress, quality & procedures. Preparing Project Quality plan (PQP), Inspection & test plans and related formats for necessary inspections & tests as per customer spec and codes.

o Gathered the supply sources of various materials & maintained the record of the sources and submitted to client on monthly basis. Responsible for maintaining the quality of concrete cube test and getting it certified by client. Liaise with Construction Supervisors on day to day issues.

o The work comprised Construction of two nos. of cryogenic tank for LNG storage. Each tank was supported on 578 nos. of 1000 mm die bored cast-in-situ concrete piles of average depth of 36m. Base slab was 83.80m die & 1000 mm thick. Concrete walls were 81m die, 800mm thick & 34.35m height.
