During 10 years of service at P&G I was working with/Leading team who was part of the all following business achievements: -
• Succeeded in all Capacity increase projects (From 32 ton/hr to 65 ton/hr) and achieving VSU & ISU as per plan.
• Succeeded in Maintenance systems development which was one of the keys moved our company in Integrated Work Systems (IWS) from Phase 1 to Phase 3 assured by external assessments.
• We awarded as a flagship team in supporting P&G Casablanca Major Breakdown in HPP.
