Manage teams and drive adoption of the processes / procedures that enables smooth transition of the Applications from development into production with minimal disruptions. To raise awareness and compliance levels in the organization through training, evaluation, metrics definitions, process performance management and continuous improvement programs.
Accountable for the delivery and quality of stable and flexible Technology Services to meet the needs of the business along with managing stakeholder relationships
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams (18 Headcounts) at different locations (IN & KL).
Measure and monitor progress to ensure Mainframe applications / Legal & Compliance applications releases are delivered on time.
Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
Tracking key project milestones / Release Readiness / Weekly Release Meetings and reports.
Negotiate / Plan and manage all Release activity
Participate / Chair CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
