الاشراف على تركيب خطوط جدبده للبيوت وتوصيل خدمة الانترنت للبيوت و متابعة فريق الفنيون المشرفون على هذه المنطقه و مساعدتهم فنيا اذا لم ينجحوا في تركيب تلك الخطوط او عدم قدرتهم على توصيل خدمة الانترنت عن طريق وضع جدول بياني بعدد الخطوط المركبه و عدد الخطوط المفعله و عدد الشكاوي وتسليمهم لقائد الفريق
خلال التحاقي بكلية الهندسه تخصص اتصالات و حاسوب اطلعت على تخصص الاتصالات و كيفية الاستفاده من الحاسوب لتفيل انظمة الاتصالات و من خلالها اصب لدي القدره على تخطيط ابراج الاتصالات و القدره على حل مشاكل عدم التغطيه باقل التكاليف الممكنه و ايضا دراسة انظمة الاتصالات القائمه حاليا بالاردن و من خلال دراسة مواد هندسة الحاسوب اصبح لدي القدره على تفعيل انظمة التشغيل المختلفه لخدمة اندمة التصالات و انشاء شبكات الكميوتر المختلفه و استخدام لغات البرمجه و البرامج المختلفه لمحاكاة الانظمه على ارض الواقع مثل لغة c ورنامج matlab
