Highlights:
• Planned, led and executed end-to-end implementation of complete Oracle EBS 12.1.3 as per the defined business needs which led to improved operational efficiency and employee productivity. The modules implemented and made operational include Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing & Costing.
• Led implementation of EBS 12.1.3 in Fine Morocco as Core Team Member; tested all applications, made the EBS operational and trained end users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work on process improvements by developing and implementing organization wide economical technology solutions that meet organizational operational needs and facilitate achievement of business objectives.
• Maintain, manage and upgrade the centralized EBS server that supports 5 group companies at different locations; ensure that the server is operational consistently and supports business processes reliably.

• Led a technical team to deliver the project for migration of the existing Oracle Enterprise Business Suite to a centralized integrated system accessed by the whole group that led to more effective data management and support.
• Directed the implementation of the mobile sales force automation system Sales Buzz and integrated it with the existing EBS; the system facilitated better control and tacking of the sales team, displayed information effectively for prompt and accurate decision making.
• Designed and established a communications network using DSL, VPN, LAN/WAN, Voice over IP, Routers that connected 14 remote branches to the Head Office that saved 25% of communication costs annually.

• Led the transition of Oracle EBS 11.5.10 to Oracle EBS 12.1.3; installed OAF (Oracle Application Framework).

• Configured Oracle Alerts to use Workflow mailer; installed and configured Oracle BI Discoverer (a data analysis tool that facilitated decision making).
• Participated in upgrading Invalid Objects to R12 (customized procedures, functions, packages, views, triggers, etc) and all customized reports in modules to work on the new R12 Schema.
• Generated reports using the VAN system regarding sales stock and sales routes, location of salesmen, outlets visited and invoicing.
• Administered the Oracle System, created users, developed applications, set security protocols and passwords, created functions and menus, and established a procedure for regular data-backup.
• Coordinated with Oracle Support for early resolution of tickets, generated service requests and escalated issues in instances of unsatisfactory resolution.
• Implemented a sales data warehouse that held all historical and updated sales data and utilized the information to calculate the cost of goods sold.
• Used Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to facilitate informed business decision, and for extracting reports and dashboards.
• Gathered users’ functional requirements, defined technical and programming specifications, designed user interface.
• Monitored system outputs and determined any divergence form the expected output, took in-time corrective measures to maintain system integrity.
