o Contribute to achieve company’s manpower objectives by involving in all necessary recruitment formalities
o Manage the manpower resources; such as recruitment agencies, career websites, social media networking
o Meet recruitment agencies to discuss the current requirements
o Manage the Employee Referral Program and Rewards
o Screen applications against requirements and prepare shortlist to be submitted to divisional manager
o Follow up and coordinate with the line manager with regards to requirements and CVs, to make sure that the CVs are in line with what the line is looking for
o Arrange for interviews with coordination with division manager and shortlisted candidates.
o Arrange for pre-medical checkup for candidates when necessary
o Prepare and submit all the applications of selected candidates to medical and government authorities for employment
o Focal person for the recruitment system enhancements (I-Recruitment)
o Manage and prepare of the Recruitment Campaigns.
o Update the vacancies based on Emiritization Plan and focus on expatriates vacancies and execute the recruiting plan
o Report the vacancies bi-weekly.
