Business Development Support and Branch conversion.
Product monthly, quarterly, annual, and adhoc MIS for the Islamic Banking team, such as (Islamic customer assets & Liability and Islamic Products Performances including all areas Retail, corporate & Treasury).
Interaction with other Business areas’ MIS in preparing deferent reports using oracle & other available systems.
Develop department systems to automate some of the administrative activities.
Participate in development/review of system requirements.
Conduct the Islamic Banking website content management activity.
-Admin & Maintain Human Resources & Training systems and networks.
-Provide support to the end users of the Human Resources Management System.
-Maintain and update the HRMS configurations.
-Escalate complex problems and update in policy or procedure to IT department.
