PROFISSIONAL RESPONSIBELITIES:
-Acting Manager for the technical support team to provide TAC1 and TAC2 support to customers (mobile operators) in the MENA region.
-Participate in technical responses to tenders including SoC s, PIP’s, responsibility matrices, ATP’s and SoW documents.
-Participate in developing and designing customized solutions for mobile operators.
-Create new Roaming/Data systems Ideas to be developed and considered as new product line.
-Support MENA region Operators with TAC1 and TAC2 support after systems installation.
-Handled systems installations in MENA region including all hardware, software and integration with Operators Core Network.
-Follow up the projects installation and resolve any obstacles or delays to meet the PIP dates.
-Participate in preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for systems, services or products.
-Perform internal product training and knowledge sharing sessions with in the team.
-Implement major updates and migrations for operators in MENA Region.

products.
Perform internal product training and knowledge sharing sessions with in the team.
