Key Result Areas:
 Steering entire gamut of operations related to troubleshooting, system backup archiving and disaster recovery, and
provide expert support when necessary
 Supervising manpower and segregation of duties along with authorization and implementation of changes
 Leveraging skills in analyzing, planning and managing projects for complete industry with latest technology and high
security information
 Leading and guiding team of Network Specialists, Application Developers, Business Analysts and Quality Certification
Engineers (in house or outsourced) with IT project delivery; managing team scheduling, workload and coverage for an
on-call 24x7 support operation
 Planning and ensuring:
o Complete security, data protection and data privacy requirement for data security are met the best level possible
o That all interface work probably and monitor the data flow
 Adhering compliance to maintenance and improvement of IT planning, budgeting and governance processes
 Directing operations of various tasks such as troubleshooting, repairing and resolving technical problems / issues
related to computer hardware/software/LAN & WAN network
 Managing expenses /margins within approved budget constraints and recommending budget accordingly
 Evaluating current system architecture and implementing recommendations to increase stability reliability and
availability while reducing overall costs
 Rendering support in the evaluation and selection of all new technology within the data center environment
 Providing architecture guidance to all system
 Executing BCD/DR (Backup and disaster) strategy
 Working in compliance with industry best practices to integrate new hardware, software, and network; evaluating
network and provided technical inputs on system acquisitions to senior management
