 Directing operations of various tasks such as troubleshooting, repairing and resolving technical problems / issues
related to computer hardware/software/LAN & WAN network
 Managing expenses /margins within approved budget constraints and recommending budget accordingly
 Evaluating current system architecture and implementing recommendations to increase stability reliability and
availability while reducing overall costs
 Rendering support in the evaluation and selection of all new technology within the data center environment
 Providing architecture guidance to all system
 Executing BCD/DR (Backup and disaster) strategy
 Working in compliance with industry best practices to integrate new hardware, software, and network; evaluating
network and provided technical inputs on system acquisitions to senior management
