•Preparing the tentative planned schedules, baseline schedule, Weekly& Bi-Weekly updated schedules, Recovery Program & Impact program.
•Preparing the Manpower histogram, Cash flow and Progress S. Curve for the major activities.
•Preparing the progress report, look ahead reports and claims.
•Quantity surveying for tender projects.
•Price break down for bill of quantities of the projects.
•Calculating the material waste quantities.
•Actual one Month Look ahead Plan for each project.
•Reviewing subcontractors programs and coordinating them with the project programs.
•Coordinate work between technical office and all sites
•Coordinate work between technical office and consultants .
