Handle customers across different platforms, including Social
Media, Email, Walk-in locations and Telephony.
Maintaining a safe, instructive atmosphere in the laboratory at all
times.
- Managing laboratories and ensuring that the right equipment, tools
and other materials are adequately stocked and kept in working
condition.
- Provide guidance to teaching faculties and students on how to use
laboratory facilities in an appropriate and safe manner.
- Get involved in setting up the experiments and practical
demonstrations which will enhance student’s theoretical learning.
- Serves as safety officer for teaching laboratory; stays in lab to
oversee safety during scheduled teaching time.
