Main Duties:-
Contracts:Draft, translate and review various types of contracts.
Litigation:Defend the entity before Courts of law (different types of lawsuits such as Administrative, Labor, Civil and Tax), Prosecution, and Police Departments.
Follow up the legal suits which are brought from\against the entity and under the responsibility of external lawyers.
Defend the entity before the labor office, in case of any complaint submitted against the entity and follow up the legal procedures.
Handle issues before GAFI.
Consultations: Render legal consultations for the entity’s several departments.
Procurement: Liaise with procurement and supply chain department.
Attend tenders.
Negotiate with the entity’s contractors.
Compliance: Follow up laws to make sure that the internal procedures are in compliance with the law and may propose any amendments if required.
Conduct administrative investigation with staff and students.
Issue and draft different legal documents.
Main Responsibilities:-
o Draft, translate and review various types of contracts e.g. constructions, organizing, lease, supply, consultancy, maintenance, etc…
o Revise the employment contracts in coordination with HR department.
o Propose and draft bylaws like sick leave, overtime policy and administrative investigation procedure bylaws.
o Follow up the legal suits which are brought from\against the entity and under the responsibility of external lawyers.
o Defend the entity interests before courts of law, prosecution, and police department.
o Handle issues before real estate office.
o Defend the entity interests before the labor office, in case of any complaint against the entity and following up the legal procedures.
o Provide legal consultations for the entity’ several departments.
o Follow up the laws to make sure that the internal procedures are in compliance with the law and may propose any amendments if required.
o Conduct administrative investigation with staff and students.
o Attend tenders.

o Handle some issues before the Social Insurance office by coordination with HR department.
o Issue and draft some legal documents.

►Attending before courts of law (civil, misdemeanors, labour, commercial and matrimonial divisions).
