1. Prepare quotations for customers based on the technical offer and negotiated agreements with sales team .
2. Ensure that offers are approved and aligned with the internal set process .
3. work with the sales and technical team to build the global offers for tenders.
4. Follow up with sales team for the status of the offers .
5. Elaborate contract agreements for the successful deals as per the company's clauses .
6. Review the special clause and amendment with the customer and validate with the internal legal department .
7. Make sure the final contracts are signed by both parties .
8. Maintain the electronic filing system related to the Business Support and Sales Departments.
9. Ensure relevant KPI Data is collated and reported to the Business support Director on a monthly basis.
10. Provide support to the Business Support Director in tasks related to the preparation of reports
-Contact the existing key accounts and set up the new commercial relationship
-Check the stock level and the visibility of the products in the warehouses (Germany& Indonesia).
-Prepare the quotation and follow the deliveries from the warehouse to the client
-Approach new distributors in middle east and north Africa and try to sign a new partnerships
Customer Complaints management for the Small &Medium Business and VIP accounts
-Handle the claims related to the billing issues
-Check and investigate regarding the disputed amount
-Coordinate with all the concerned departmnets to determine the claims results
-Validate the claims results with the management
-Coordinate with the financial department to proceed for the refund
-Contact the customer to provide feedback and close the claims
