Currently working as Heavy Equipment Supervisor in reputed construction company in Kuwait.
-Working on ERP for spare parts, service & maintenance quotations, generate & enter PO’s, DN’s, invoices, MR’s in ERP, communicating with suppliers for price and stock availability such as JLG, Genie & OMME, maintaining 3rd party inspection certificates from BUREA VERITAS, coordinate with finance for pending invoices, prepare & submit sales report to the manager
-Worked on IBS - integrated booking system, prepare and submit cargo detail sheet and cargo analysis report and submit to OCCA SWA for approval, submit booking to OCCA SWA based on container type or break bulk along with generated PCFN No, attending the conference calls with carrier’s such as MEARSK, APL & LGLT, coordinate with 3PL and updating shipment tracker, Prepare import / export documents which include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Cross Border Memo and LEW’s and submit to DOD. Attending meetings, conference calls with department heads and report back to DOD (Depart of Defense).
-Supervise and managed stores material inward & outward and maintain inventory log sheet, prepare and submit department wise consumption report to the financial controller, prepare PR & RFQ’s for manager approval, communicating with vendors for LPO’s and finalizing prices
-Supply of O & G valves and spares to middle east customers, prepare quotations and forward to T3 energy services for final prices, supporting and coordinating with customers and T3 Energy for delivery, collection, documentation, clarification and discrepancies since enquiry received to order delivered, organize and prepare to submit weekly statistics report, sales report and submit to M.D.
-Prepared and participated in ambulance tenders of Saudi ministry, private hospitals and turnkey projects, such as MOH, MOI and Red Crescent. Coordinating and meeting with chassis dealers for vehicle specifications like: Ford, GMC, Mitsubishi, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Hyundai, Renault and forward details to NEV International for preparing ambulance drawings based on type of ambulance required by customer, arranging drawings and conversions price details from NEV International and submit to MD for tender preparation
-Handling front desk, coordinating with sales team, gather day to day sales from all branch offices, submit daily sales report to operations manager, coordinate with finance dept. and customers for pending issues / payments
