• Augmented sales for automotive products of the Group by 59% within a span of 3 years - 2008-2012;
• Played a pivotal role in launching 4 new products including corporate fleet outsourcing, private (retail) car rental (rent a car), defensive driving trainings (under the license of National Safety Council, USA), as well as executive limo services (under the licence of Carey International, USA);
• Drove the company's performance within the operational lease and chauffeur drive services category and assisted to secure the company’s leading sector positions in Kazakhstan;
• Successfully launched company’s branch offices in Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan; provided the extensive support in recruitment and training of the representative managers and monitored sales and marketing activities until the representatives acquired independent commercial assignments with leading clients of the region;
• Worked to improve company’s performance by implementing the elaboration of internal policies (CRM, QC and HSE);
• Developed and maintained cordial working relations with over than 200 corporate clients in Caspian Region

• Assisted in vendor forms competition and processing tender documentation for the major Oil & Gas companies in the region encompassing Agip, NCOC, KPO, WG PSN, Saipem / Ersai, CPC, Burren Energy, Petronas, Exxon Mobil among others;
• Kept abreast with industry trends and complying with business practices regarding sales capture and reporting to facilitate key regional stakeholder research and analysis as required.
