Job Description:-
Manage all aspects of Architectural Design Consultancy, Office Registrations, and Accounts while supporting all staff with quality assurance and implementing fast and affective procedures to ensure meeting KPIs and customer satisfaction growth.
Responsibilities:-
-Quality Management.
-Overlook work of engineers to ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule, within budget, and to customer specification.
-Pursue NOCs & Building Permits.
-Coordinate and distribute Tender documents.
-Keep up to date with new laws and procedures of government entities.
-Recommend changes to Designs & Procedures to fulfill customer needs.
-Design and implement improved process' and operational policies.
-Control Documents.
-Manage Company Branding.
-Manage Company Marketing.
-Manage team work on the day-to-day.
-Ensure that department & project milestones are met.
-Create relationships in potential customers and the industry.
-Organize all company Assets & Liabilities.
-Screen candidates.
-Pursue Company registrations (government & private).
-Monitor Inventory levels.
