My role includes:
• Creating Models, Assemblies and Manufacturing drawings of conceptual ceiling system based on the input received from the client.
• Run FEA on critical components to make sure the stability and safety of the system.
• Interact with manufacturing with regards to the concept and detail them in the manufacturing drawings.
• Achieve critical deadlines to meet the delivery commitments to the customer.
My role includes:
• Preparing 3D models of Parts and Assemblies of Pressure Vessels including structural skids and pipe support components and machinery as complying with the project specification.
• Create pipe routings of individual skids and plot layout for equipments designed for oil and gas application based on P&ID.
• Create Detail fabrication and Assembly drawings based on engineering specifications as required for approval from the customer and various authorities prior to final fabrication drawing.
• Comply with the necessary international codes and standards like ASME, API, ISO, BSI, etc relevant to both oil and other associated industries, as necessary.
• Run FEA using SolidWorks Simulation to calculate the effect of stress to determine if the component satisfies the specified loading conditions.
My role includes:
• Test new functionalities or enhancements being introduced in the upcoming versions of SolidWorks. To find problems and help ensure the right problems are escalated. Think creatively and destructively. Communicate interesting issues and test methods to fellow QA Engineer to help leverage my experiences.
• Work closely with the product definition teams, review the specifications and suggest necessary changes in the functionality at the very first stage of design.
• Work with development teams to ensure that the new functionality or enhancements are as per the design and are developed keeping the end user at centre and meet the quality standard of SolidWorks.
• Under take various individual and team modeling project`s relating to different industries where SolidWorks is used and verify that the new enhancements made in the software performs as expected.
My role included:
• Responsible for all phases of customer support from initial order stage to product installation.
• Under take projects and benchmark projects in order to assure the customer the capabilities of SolidWorks on its own product.
• Assist the customer to transfer product documentation 2D CAD, Specifications from 2D drawings to SolidWorks software and finalize engineering design solution;
• Provide training to the customers design engineers on SolidWorks and introduce them to the latest capabilities of SolidWorks.
