KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Managing Finished Product Costing on standard cost
•Maintenance of costing database, product costing
•Improve and update product cost estimation system to ensure product cost estimations are accurate
•Perform operation and overhead cost analysis
•Conduct Product Profitability Analysis for management review
•Preparing Financial and Management Reports on monthly, quarterly and annually.
•Analyzing New Projects Costs and Reports
•Preparing analysis reports over accounting information with various classification types like: product category, flavor wise, region wise, packing size, brand wise and other similar criteria’s for management decision making.
•Review and guide the workflow of supporting teams.
•Expenses review and modules setup for cost centers
•Prepare Annual Budgets and Variances.
•Prepare Forecasted and Projected Business Models for business and product performance
HIGHLIGHTS
•Finalizing the Balance Sheet to the Auditors, Banks and Other Financial Institutes.
•Worked in ORACLE based application and was the Project Manager in the implementation of ORION software which includes Financial Management and Operation Management
OTHER ASSIGNMENTS
• Compiling Balance Sheets, fund flow statements and cash flow statements and analyzing of the same
•Monitoring and Follow up of Letter of Credit, Bank Facilities, Bank Guarantees
•Preparation of the company's budget in coordination with the other departments and producing regular reports by comparing the actual with budgeted figures with variance analysis
•Submitting for Technical Loan Appraisal to SIDF ( Saudi Industrial Development Fund )
•Assisting in development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to financial and operational management, budget, accounting and payroll.
•Developing and analyzing business costing structure and monitoring against a Business Plan.
•Assisting the Management with special projects and reports.
•Supervising and assisting the accounting staff in completion of months and periods end procedures, qualify suppliers payments and all other kinds of accounts and banks.
