o Indexes/sort paperwork that are sent by the affiliates.
o I am the POC for the team whenever our on-shore manager needs assistance.
o Manages a team of 13 people.
o Overseeing the team’s adherence and productivity.
o Aligning the workloads of the associates depending on the needs of the client.
o Submits daily reports that the client’s needs on a daily basis. (OT Allocation, Workload Assignment, Attendance Update, Absences and Adherence Report)
o Making sure that the team is efficient with their daily tasks at all times.
o Doing admin task for Teamspan like coaching logs, productivity report and overseeing the continuous growth and looking for opportunities on how the company will be able to sell more seats to the client. (Vendor Management)
I am a Senior Property Preservation Analyst for a USbased
company. I am the one who is handling the
mailbox where Code Officers in the US send their
Violation Letter to our company.
Afterwhich, I assign it to a Code Compliance Specialist so
that the violation of the property will be cured and have it
under compliance.
Deliver Reception services in a professional and
consistent customer focused manner thus ensuring the client’s corporate image is positively projected at all times to both internal and external customers.

This is a UK-based telecommunications Company that
caters mobile contracts. I am one of the authorized resellers for major networks. We do handle 3G Network, Orange, T-Mobile and O2 but I am basically focusing in only 2 campaigns that are 3G and Orange Network. I do hard-core selling to these customers trying to convince them to switch to 3G network. While those who are in 3G network already, I am giving them the opportunity to have a second phone from the same network.
I am an undergrad for this course but definitely a Highschool graduate.
