• Payrolls data analysist for employees’ monthly mandatories reports for SSS, HDMF & Phil-health for remittance payments.
• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
• Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
• Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
• Assess employees’ needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
• Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.
• Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics.
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
• Conduct periodic audits, and prepare encoding SSS, HDMF & Phil-Health mandatories monthly reports.
• Coordinates with legal for the documentation’s renewal of the company registrations to SSS, PAG-IBIG and Phil-health for the employee’s mandatories.
• Assist employees concerns for any mandatary’s compliance, request certificate, loans, and contributions.
• Ensure that suitable candidates are sourced to meet the Net Headcount Objective of the Department.
• Ensure data updated to provide suitable and validated resumes as per HRO and Recruitment clients or department expectations.
• Develop and implement contemporary recruitment methods to attract top quality candidates appropriate to the position and company needs.
• Assess candidates through interviews and skill tests and make appropriate recommendations to the client.
• Ensure that all the candidates are properly screened before they are sent for the final round of interview with the client.
• Administration work, marketing online and recruitment process.
• Briefing, training, organizing and selecting applicants.
• Processing documents to Philippines overseas employment office.
• Follow-up the client’s selections by interviewing online and walking interview.

Ensure to process all Office requests according to procedures
required.
* Coordinating with PRO for visa applications, visa cancellation,
employee’s exits, and staff request.
* Maintain and set-up Department Central Archives and keep all
documents and records as confidential as per Company ethic
policy.
* Maintain an up to date, effective and comprehensive filing
system for all correspondences and documentation. As well
as assisting in all inventory movement and labelling records
and updates Asset Register.
* Coordinate with all locations and sections, in order to collect
Cost Optimization report/summary and forward to the
Manager General Services.
* Assist with establishing quality documentation for filing and
approval for Audit purposes.
* Ensure to maintain Department office equipment including
sent and received faxes.
* Coordinate with various departments and sections in order to
resolve day to day Administrative problems.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and other similar
activities.
* Maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistent
