Currently, I am working as Divisional Accounting Manager, reporting to Divisional Finance Controller, Divisional
Accounting Manager, Head Of Finance and EVP SDL
The provision of relevant, timely and accurate information and advice to Divisional/regional executives to support
them in achieving their regional targets.
Ensure that the regional activities are performed in compliance with the FIS policies and procedures.
Continuous review and improvement of the internal control systems within the region
Effective preparation, maintenance, and reporting of internal and external financial records and timely raising request for
and recording of fixed assets and related depreciation.
Delivering multi-dimensional divisional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for divisional and corporate management.
Planning, development, and implementation of effective accounting strategies, policies, and procedures and continuous
review and improvement of the internal control systems for fixed assets.
Ensure that all fixed assets/capex related transactions are carried out throughout the division under International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Manage the relationship between divisional executives, sales regions and FAA and support function.
Ensure a quality environment with the financial and logistical process to sustain and improve internal controls & best
utilization resources within the division through the capex process.
Provide feedback to the finance management on FIS policies, procedures, and standards for the fixed assets.
Standardized fixed assets classes, reporting, cycle counting process for the division.
Annual and five year budget preparation of fixed assets requirements and related depreciation.
Annual and five year budget for repair and maintenance costs for division.
Manage Fixed Assets Register ensuring completeness and accuracy
Reporting To President & Vice President SOS children village of Pakistan
• Perform audit of all location in Pakistan.
• Preparation of pre audit report for external auditor.
• Perform audit of National office Lahore and National branch office Islamabad.
• Responsible for the Voucher Feeding in SOS Global Accounting Software. For All location in Pakistan for audit purpose
• Preparation of profit & loss income statement and balance sheet for National branch office.
• Responsible for the reconciliation of manual and electronic accounting data on weekly basis.
• Responsible for all type of Banks dealings.
• Reconciling the Physical Inventory with Inventory Register.
• Responsible for maintaining the memorandum record of Project’s Fixed Assets.
• Maintain proper control over various financial records such as expenditures against budgeted amounts.
• Finalized Annual Financial Statements of Emergency relief Program (Earthquake) for the year ended June 30, 2008, June 30, 2009 and June 2010.
