Introduction I have 23 years experience of Administration, receipts of products through tank lorries and pipelines, dispatches of fuel through tank lorries, loading and unloading of lubricant’s vehicles, transport scheduling and planning, planning of primary and secondary transport, RT HSSE Road transport Health, Safety, Security and the Environment (RT HSSSE), Management of 3rd party warehouses, Haulier professionalization and transport economics. The role I have done in my carrier are Project Manager of centralized scheduling and planning, Haulier professionalization, preparation of customer’s data, streamline of warehouses, Implementation of ERP (JDE and SAP), Depot operation excellence, Optimum utilization of fleet, working on haulier’s profitability, Transport scheduling and planning, Lubricant warehouses and logistic manager. Projects • Completed lubes and fuel Centralized Scheduling project as a project owner. • Prepared all customers site maps, updated customer’s data, updated inter distance customers , customer’s zoning, land marking exercise with trackers team, customer’s lead time, ETA and ATA of all Pakistan customers for economical and timely deliveries (more than 4000 customers). • Haulier professionalization’s (15 hauliers). • Played a key role for Implementation of Shell Global warehouse/transport standard policies all over the north depots of Pakistan. • Project at present – Monitoring of Shell business from the third party warehouses in all over the Pakistan. Manage day-to-day business interfaces, e.g. with depot operation, hauliers, retail, commercial lubes, customer services and supply.
