Responsible to manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as planning, designing, subcontracting, procurement, installation, commissioning, technical support, and completing/finalizing the site documentation to customer after conducting all test protocols (PAT).


Project Completed:

PM for 702 Khamis Mushayt Disaster Recovery Project June 2014 - Responsible for Disaster recovery Project for Khamis Mushayt 702 exchange where we restored the PSTN and DSL services for the end users. In this emergency condition we worked day and night with coordination of STC District, O&M, I&R, FA, Integration, NoCs, STC Design teams to make restoration successful. This includes Deployment of 27 nodes replacing the Siemens RANs and ISAM Khamis DSLAM nodes.

Makkah Khareeq Project 2013 - Solely responsible for the Khareeq MSAN project delivery 2013 where the Khareeq exchange was demolished and replaced/migrated by Outdoor MSAN in Makkah to fulfill the existing and new VIP customers for Makkah Haram expansion. Project was delivered very fast and handed over. Upon its completion I receive STC GM appreciation.

STC DSLAM Project 2011 to 2013: - Manage the DSLAM Project end to end delivery and project implementation as per the customer requirements.

RAN 450K project Phase II 2004-2006: - Huawei’s first project is the Huawei Honet RAN 450K project, it was implemented and closed successfully. I involved in the

Fixed Intelligent Network Phase I 2005: I was responsible for deployment for SSP includes testing, commissioning, and handover of SSP (FIN core switch).

Aramco Switching Replacement/migration Project: Responsible for the delivery of the Huawei C&C08 core switch replacing the Lucent’s 5ESS switch in Rabigh Aramco Plant. Successfully migrated the Aramco PSTN/DSL/PBX customers to Huawei core switch.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a detailed Project Plan with necessary and satisfactory project procedures to established and direct all project work in order to maintain timely execution
• Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.
• Prepare a Project Communication Plan and establish communication channels with all involved parties to collect and share project information.
• Establish Risk Management processes to proactively manage project risks, to identify potential impact, and to execute appropriate risk
• Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Contractors, and other project stakeholders, and reviews of changing project requirements, organization and resource needs.
• Exchange site Integration and commissioning assurance as per approved design.
• Conducting the site acceptance and assure that the site match the Quality parameters.
• Responsible for the project schedule and timely receipt of PAC and FAC
