Assist the Program Manager in providing total inventory support at the RSAF F-15 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) facility which includes purchase, stocking, issuing and tracking parts required to support the F-15 PDM program by using “Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains10”.

Plan, Schedule, Procure (submit orders) where necessary of all materials needed to meet our current and projected customer demand (forecasted, tab and firm) and maximize productivity i.e. effective replenishment and inventory planning, minimization of stock-out conditions, etc.

Maintain all master data pertinent to planning, scheduling, Tracking and inventory management including but not limited to consumption reports, average lead times, reorder points, lot sizes, Economic Order Quantities (EOQ), time fences and safety stock levels.

Prepare monthly sales forecasts based on such parameters as firm requirements, forecasted requirements and tab level requirements.

Track actual consumption and compare to the forecast and measure the rate that we are consuming the forecast.

Planning and Analyzing operational data and reports to ascertain the degree of conformity with established policies, standard and procedural directives.

Analyzes logistical data and the computation of stock control levels, while ensuring consideration of all applicable factors.
