• Analyzes field activities requirements to minimize the deviation from the budget and ensure that the project scope is completed within the approved budget. Prepare monthly VOWD and assist for budget management and cost controlling.
• To diligently and professionally manage the consolidated financial accounts of the allocated projects in execution and until formalized handover and supporting the Project Manager (and other project functions) as the finance partner.
• Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices, ensure payment of invoices according to contract terms.
• Oversee monthly invoicing process, including providing quality assurance, quality control and customer service, ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
• Monitor project under billed status, take appropriate action to notify project management of under billed projects so future invoices bring revenue in line with costs
Analyzes construction activities from cost aspect to determine scope, time schedule, manpower requirements and the best manner to collect, refine, and present cost data.
•Manages budget execution through reporting, planning, managing work order, claim and reverse claim of Owner and subcontractors.
•Reports execution budget status, reports execution budget prediction management status.
•Follows up about latency risk which influencesexecution budget.
•Plans for construction cost saving plan and manages record
•Reviews appropriateness of sub-contractor's payment execution.
•Analyze a progress preparations Owner payment and sub contractors' payment.
•Manages cash flow, planning and forecasting. Project Site Based Assigned:
•Petronas RAPID Project (Johor, Malaysia)
Responsible for ensuring that the financial process, systems and control.
•Preparing monthly statement inclusive of analyzing and investigating variances and summarizing data.
•Reviews and perform profitability analysis to justify CAPEX and ensure corrective actions in case of deviations.
•Monitoring the progress of projects, looking into variances, approving outgoing inclusive of expenses and ensuring that billings are issued to clients and payment collected.
•Continuous analysis of business performance VS budget and forecast, highlight issues as early warning of significant deviations. Oversea Project Site Based Assigned:
•Ras As Khair Power Plant - 6 x 400 MW, Combined Cycle Plant - Dammam & Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
