1. Responsible for managing the Quality team which includes Civil, Structural, Electrical and mechanical QC team.

My Job responsibilities are as below:
· Review the project B.O.Q, Scope of Work, IFC Drawings and RC specifications/Standards.
· Preparing & monitoring of all type of QA/QC documents.
· Ensure that all materials, instruments, tools and equipment’s used for construction are approved /calibrated by an approved third party or by client. Maintain monitoring system for expiry dates of calibration certificates and given codes of approval for technical submittals.
· Preparation of method statement for all Project construction activities.
· Preparation of (NCR) Non conformity reports against any unapproved nonstandard work at site in accordance with the project approvals, specifications and reference drawings. Also report to QC manager.
· Inspection of Incoming material & Preparing MIR.
· Tracking Hold Point Release(HPR), Raising Technical Query(TQ), Submitting As built drawing to client.
· Preparing Request for Inspection(RFI).
· Ensure that proposed inspections and tests were meets the quality requirements of client specification.
· Give instructions to construction team regarding the quality requirements as per specification/standards and REAL Card (Rework Elimination Action List) training.
· Coordinate with various disciplines team such as Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Telecom and all types of third parties prior to proceeding of any critical activity job.
· Inspection of formwork, Reinforcement, Anti-Termite, waterproofing work, Plasterwork, flooring (Marble, Granite, Tile), false ceiling work, POP, Putty & Painting work with its check point formats.
· Performing relevant check before concreting & making subsequent control over consistency of concrete at site & during slab casting or any heavy pour.
· Monitoring RMC & the lab technicians in all lab & documentation works.
· Monitoring the finishing works, Snagging, landscaping work with its detailing & handover work etc.
· Monitoring & inspecting the Surface preparation, erection & installation of pre-cast panels with its checklists to monitor panel alignment, leveling, fixing of angels, sealant application etc.
· Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of inspection activities.
· Preparation of TQ (Technical Query), FCD (Field Change Documents) and shop Drawings, if any changes are required as per site condition and submitted to client for approval.
· Following up with material manufacturer/suppliers, receiving the material and maintaining documents record.
· Coordinate with construction manager for all construction site activities.
· Preparation of as built drawings.
· Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
· Organize necessary internal and external Quality meetings and regular meetings with Sub-Contractor/s as appropriate.
· Attend client quality management meetings.
Checking of reinforcement, shuttering, block work, false ceiling, flooring, water proofing, anti-termite, checking of incoming materials etc.
